Attorney Albert obtained his B.S. Degree from Southern University A&M College, in Baton Rouge, LA.  Upon graduation he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.  He successfully commanded Marines during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Attorney Albert achieved the rank of Captain and was Honorably Discharged.  He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Southern University Law Center.
